1. Shipping Costs and Delivery
1.1 Product Shipping and Delivery
Products ordered from the CUORIDANCE online store will be shipped and delivered on business days, from Monday to Friday. We can only guarantee proper delivery if the shipping address is correctly provided. A delivery is considered complete once the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed address.
- During the pandemic period, deliveries are being made without requiring the recipient’s signature.
- In the event of a loss caused by the shipping company, CUORIDANCE commits to resending the item(s), subject to availability, or refunding the full purchase amount if replacement is not possible within a timeframe acceptable to the customer.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be charged per order — if you order more than one item, you will only be charged shipping once. However, CUORIDANCE reserves the right to split your order into separate shipments, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. If your order is split, you will be notified via email. The email address provided during checkout will be used for this communication.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Mainland Portugal: €8 per order (free shipping for orders over €150, except for the "ballet barre" product)
- Madeira and Azores: €16.50
- Spain: €16.50
- EU countries (Italy, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia): €23.50
- Other countries: from €49.50 – on request
An order is considered accepted if it is not returned within 15 days after receipt.
1.3 Damaged Products
At the time of delivery, you should inspect the packaging and products for any damage. If you find any items are damaged, do not accept the delivery — return it immediately using the return process available at www.cuoridance.com. IMPORDANCE, LDA (operating as CUORIDANCE) will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping once the return process is completed and the products are received at our headquarters.
1.4 Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, payment is confirmed, and all items are available, CUORIDANCE will ship your order within the following estimated timeframes:
- Mainland Portugal, Madeira, and Azores: between 3 to 10 business days
- European Union (excluding Portugal): approximately 10 business days
These timelines do not apply to pre-order items. For those, estimated delivery is between 15 and 30 days. - CUORIDANCE is not liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to force majeure — that is, an event, act, or omission beyond reasonable control.
2. Product Exchanges and Returns
2.1 If you choose to return purchased products, CUORIDANCE reserves the right to reject returns if the returned items are not in their original packaging in good condition or if tags have been removed or damaged from their original state.
2.2 After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item(s) — except tights — either due to defects, nonconformity with the order, or simply for withdrawal, with no obligation to justify the reason.
2.3 Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of product defects).
2.4 Once all or part of the items are received at our facilities, the return process will be handled within an average of one week. If a return is confirmed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds can only be issued to the account/card originally used. For simple exchanges (e.g., size, color, or item), the product will be shipped to the address you provide during the exchange process, subject to availability.

4. Validity of Promotions or Commercial Campaigns
4.1 Promotional offers or commercial campaigns displayed on www.cuoridance.com are only valid while they are shown on the website and under the conditions stated, unless otherwise indicated on the website.
4.2 In the event of a return or exchange of items purchased during promotions or campaigns, you will only be refunded or credited the actual amount paid for the returned or exchanged item.
