The Alpha model has an exclusive 3/4 outer sole, which provides minimal resistance under the foot's longitudinal arch, past the "break point." This makes it an ideal choice for most foot shapes
The supportive sole is pre-designed to be trimmed to the desired length. We recommend leaving the soft edge for comfort during the arch. With less resistance from the supportive sole right after the "break point," the dancer will feel well-supported and lifted when "en pointe."
The 2/3 of the outer sole cut accentuates the contact point under the foot's longitudinal arch, improving its articulation.
The long vamp supports the foot, preventing excessive arching.
The platform is wide and high, allowing maximum balance when "en pointe."
The upper sides are reduced, and the heel is contoured.
